Over the last few weeks, we at {n}.bora have had the pleasure of welcoming two new members to our team, Jason Dawes and Ziaur Rahman. Jason is joining the team as our Delivery and Operations Lead, and is based in our Cornwall office, whilst Ziaur is joining us as an Associate Developer, and is based in London.
To help you get to know them a bit better, we thought we’d ask them a few questions about themselves and their roles. First up is Jason…

Hi Jason. Please can you introduce yourself?
Hello! I’m Jason and I am a passionate Project and Team manager, and I pride myself on delivering high quality work with impactful results. I have had a varied background throughout my career with experience and exposure in retail, hospitality, and healthcare. Before moving into the world of project management I was a store manager within a large health and wellbeing retailer and was able to hone my skills within people and development management whilst always delivering on business KPIs. As time progressed, I was then offered an opportunity which allowed me to grow my skill set further and step into the world of project management. From this I have been able to complete my PRINCE2 certification to further develop my knowledge and skills. I love all things Agile, Lean, and Six Sigma based and love going through data to help shape views and actions to better improve products and operations.
What is your role going to be at {n}.bora?
My role at {n}.bora will be Delivery and Operations Lead. Quite a diverse role in the form of both business and client focus, I will be working across all teams in the business to ensure we are meeting the needs of clients to drive satisfaction and quality of delivery and improving the operations of the business for all members of the team and client interaction.
What are you most looking forward to about working at {n}.bora?
I am most looking forward to working with a diverse range of clients and how as a business we can ensure their needs are fulfilled by delivering products and solutions that are useable, practical, and meaningful to them. I am also looking forward to creating new connections and relations with my fellow team members and how I can play a part in their continual development.
What’s something people might not expect about you?
If I’m not sat at my desk, I am usually on a stage somewhere performing… I am the chairman of a local amateur dramatics society and have been in this position for the last 5 years and I love to perform on stage with my fellow members. We perform an annual pantomime (oh yes, we do...), which is always a fun experience! Top tip: I wouldn’t advise sitting in the front row as you might end up getting picked on...
And next up, is Ziaur…
Hi Ziaur. Please can you introduce yourself?
I'm an enthusiastic full-stack developer who enjoys working on impactful projects and constantly learning new technologies. I’ve experience in building innovative web and mobile applications, using a range of modern tools and frameworks. Before transitioning to tech, I honed my leadership and problem-solving skills as an assistant manager in the hospitality sector, where I managed teams and improved operational efficiency. Now, I bring a fresh perspective to software development, combining technical expertise with a focus on delivering software that aims to meet business needs.
What is your role going to be at {n}.bora?
I will be working as an Associate Developer to understand project requirements, consult with clients to develop and deliver efficient solutions that meet their business goals and objectives.
What are you most looking forward to about working at {n}.bora?
I'm most looking forward to gaining hands-on experience and contributing to real-world projects as part of a collaborative team. This is my first role in tech, and I’m excited to tackle new challenges, apply what I’ve learned, and see the impact of my work in action.
What’s something people might not expect about you?
I can speak 3 languages.
Jason and Ziaur have both gotten off to flying starts at {n}.bora, and we can’t wait for you to see more of them.
